How to become a Bible quizzer.

A quizzer hides the Word, then stands up and says it under a clock. The season is daily work. The meet is the test.

Join the beta

Quizzers are usually children and teens on a church team. Divisions and age bands are set by each program. Some paths start in elementary years; others are built for teens. Your program's official pages decide which room you sit in.

Memr.is is built for that season: study decks, VerseReels, solo quizzes in real formats, and live team matches. A parent or guardian handles accounts for anyone under 13.

  1. Join a local team.

    Ask your church whether it quizzes, and in which program. If it does not, the program profiles on this site point to official pages that explain how churches start or join.

  2. Learn your division and this year's material.

    Each program publishes its own divisions and season text. WPF, UPCI, National Bible Bee, Bible Bowl, and Awana do not share one listing. Use the official verse listing or handbook your coach assigns.

  3. Practice like the meet.

    Published coaching guides describe hours each week, not casual reading. On Memr.is that work happens in fourteen study modes, VerseReels, and live matches with real scoring — so practice feels like the board.

  4. Let the adults run the account.

    Quizzers 13–17 can join the beta with a guardian flow. Younger quizzers are covered by a parent or legal guardian. Coaches cannot sign a child up in a parent's place.
