Coach tool
Bible quizzing recall check.
Draw random official-list numbers and print a Memr.is recitation sheet. Coaches use a recall check to see who actually hid the material this week — across WPF, UPCI, ALJC, National Bible Bee, Bible Bowl, and Awana.
Draw verses
Name, range, how many. Then download.
The sheet gives random numbers from the official list — for example, #170 means the 170th verse on that list, not Psalm 170. Open your verse cards, find that number, and hear them recite. Nothing is stored on Memr.is.
Memr.is is an independent study platform. Program names are used descriptively. Each organization remains the source of truth for official curriculum, eligibility, scoring, rules, and tournament decisions — without implied endorsement or affiliation. These tools pace and draw by listing number. They do not reproduce verse listings, packets, questions, or rulebooks.
Recall Check
UPCI · Beginner (Junior BQ)
Draw a set to fill this Memr.is worksheet.
Each card will show a place on the official list — #170 means the 170th verse on your cards, not Psalm 170.

How it works
A cold recitation, not a take-home packet.
-
Put the quizzer's name on the sheet.
The name is only for the printed page. Memr.is does not save it, and this is not an account or a signup.
-
Set the listing range they should know.
Official list #1 through #80, or last week's ten verses — whatever you assigned. Numbers follow the official list in order, not chapter-and-verse references.
-
Draw a random set and download the PDF.
Five, ten, twenty-five, or a hundred. Each draw is a new shuffle. Download PDF saves that same set as a letter-size worksheet — hide the listing, and listen.
-
Score it in the room.
Check correct or miss as they recite. Some coaches use this for practice-night eligibility. That call stays with the coach and the program, not with Memr.is.
Calendars and listings
One planner. Each program's own season.
Five programs families quiz in, plus ALJC as its own selection because it runs its own August–June path on the UPCI listings. Official organizations stay the authority for the current material.

Questions
The stuff everyone asks first.
Does the Pace Planner work for UPCI, WPF, ALJC, Bible Bee, Bible Bowl, and Awana?
Yes. Each program has its own season window and divisions. ALJC is its own selection because it runs its own August–June season and June nationals, while still quizzing the listings determined by the UPCI Senior and Junior Bible Quizzing committees.
Does ALJC Bible Quizzing use a different listing than UPCI?
No. ALJC says its verses are determined by the UPCI Senior and Junior Bible Quizzing committees, and ALJC seniors use the UPCI Intermediate listing. ALJC is still its own organization for eligibility, district events, and June nationals, which is why it is a separate selection in these tools.
What is the Memr.is Recall Check?
Recall Check is a free Memr.is recitation sheet. A coach sets a quizzer name, a listing range, and how many verses to draw. The tool shuffles random official-list numbers in that range so the coach can hear the material out loud. It is not a copy of any other site's spot-check worksheet.
How do coaches use a recall check in Bible quizzing?
Coaches draw a random set of official-list numbers the quizzer should already know, hide the official list, and listen to the recitation. Some teams use that read to plan practice; some use it for meet eligibility. That call stays with the coach and the program, not with Memr.is.
Why does Recall Check use listing numbers instead of verse references?
Official verse listings belong to each program organization. Recall Check prints official-list numbers — for example, #47 means the 47th verse on that list, not Psalm 47 — so a coach can look them up on the cards they already have. Memr.is does not reproduce or redistribute those listings.
Can I use Recall Check for an ALJC team?
Yes. Choose ALJC as its own program, then pick Beginner, Junior, or Senior. ALJC seniors use the UPCI Intermediate listing. The sheet still follows ALJC's own season and eligibility, which stay with ALJC.
Does Memr.is store the quizzer's name or Recall Check scores?
No. The quizzer name is only for the printed page. Draws and checkboxes stay in the browser. This is not an account, a signup, or a gradebook. Self-signup on Memr.is is for ages 13 and up; a parent or guardian covers younger children, and a coach cannot provide that consent.
Do I need an account to use the Pace Planner or Recall Check?
No. Both tools run in your browser — no sign-in, nothing saved on Memr.is. The Pace Planner builds a study calendar and Recall Check draws random official-list numbers; either one downloads as a letter-size PDF. Your settings live in the page URL, so you can paste that link to another coach and they open the same plan.
After the sheet, run a real practice quiz.
Recall Check tells you who recited. The public beta lets coaches assign practice and see which verses actually slipped.
