Memr.is is completely free during beta: no card, no catch, no “your trial has ended” email lurking. When paid plans arrive, every price and rule gets published right here first, and there will always be a free option. Hiding God's Word in your heart should never require a credit card.

There's no payment system in Memr.is right now: nothing to charge you with even if we wanted to. And when paid plans do land, there will still always be a free option at some level. Free isn't a limited-time launch trick. It's part of the plan.

Beta is invite-only for now, and kids under 13 can only join once we've set things up directly with their parent or guardian. That's a promise to families, not fine print.

    Paid plans help keep the lights on. They will never be the only door in. At some level, studying Scripture on Memr.is stays free. Full stop.

  2. Safety is not an add-on.

    Guardian tools, age protections, and privacy controls are part of the platform, period. We will never sell your kid's safety back to you as a premium feature.

  3. The full cost comes first.

    Price, billing period, what's included, renewal terms, how to cancel, refund rules: all of it on the table before a single charge happens. No gotchas, no gym-membership energy.

  4. Built around ministry-sized budgets.

    One quizzer, a household, a team, or a whole program: options sized for real church budgets, not enterprise-software pricing.

  5. No ads-for-access tradeoff.

    A cheaper plan will never mean ads following your kids around or their personal information being sold. That trade isn't on the menu.

Pricing questions

Clear answers before checkout.

Is Memr.is free?

Yes. Fully free during beta, with no payment system running at all. And after launch? There will still always be a free option at some level. Paid plans add more; they never become the only way in.

Will beta testers be charged automatically?

No. Joining the beta isn't a payment authorization: there's no card on file to charge. If paid plans launch, you'll see the complete terms before anything is ever charged.

How much will each plan cost?

Honest answer: we're still working that out with the community. The full plan comparison with prices will be published on this page before paid access begins, and no beta request creates a payment obligation.

Will child safety cost extra?

Never. Guardian requirements, age protections, and privacy controls are built into the platform for everyone. They will never be premium extras.

Will families and teams need separate plans?

Before billing begins we'll publish exactly how seats, guardian access, and team transfers work (including who pays) so families and coaches aren't left guessing.

Will there be church discounts or scholarships?

If we offer a church discount, multi-quizzer bundle, or scholarship (and we'd love to), it will be listed with clear eligibility rules before it's offered.
