What it is
The verse pops up with gaps and you type the missing words: graded word by word, your bridge from recognizing to reciting.
Fill-in-the-blank shows you the verse with key words punched out, and you type what's missing. Every answer comes out of your head, and the grading goes word by word, so you see exactly which gaps you nailed and which ones got away.
Here's the sneaky part: the blanks love to land on connector words and near-synonyms, the little words that close-enough memory papers over. That's exactly where quiz-day precision lives. If flashcards feel easy but the full verse still won't come out clean, this is your next stop.
