Flashcards
Every memory verse starts somewhere. Flashcards is the friendly first lap: reference on the front, verse on the back, and nobody watching but you.

What it is
See the reference, quote the verse in your head, flip, grade yourself. The classic no-pressure way to meet a new passage.
Flashcards is the O.G. of verse study. The front shows the reference, the back shows the verse, and the space between is where the work happens. You try to quote it, in your head or out loud, then flip to see how close you got.
There's no timer and no scoreboard, so a brand-new passage never feels like a pop quiz. It's the perfect first lap with a new portion, and a great warm-up before the harder modes ask you for the real thing.
How it plays
One run, start to finish
-
Read the reference
The front of the card shows the reference and nothing else. That's your cue.
-
Quote it your way
Say the verse in your head or out loud, whatever the room allows.
-
Flip and check
Turn the card and compare what you said to what's actually there.
-
Grade yourself
Nailed it? Good sends the card on. Not yet? Again brings it back around until it earns a Good.
Where it shines
Flashcards is built for…
- Meeting a new portion for the first time
- Warming up before the harder modes
- Quiet study when you can't type or speak
